Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Palm Beach Cocktails website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Palm Beach Cocktails provides mobile bartending and private bartending services for events in Palm Beach County and South Florida. Our services include professional bartending, bar setup, mixers, garnishes, and breakdown as described in our service packages.
Bookings and Deposits
- All bookings require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date
- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event
- Clients are responsible for providing all alcohol for their event
- We offer a complimentary spirit consultation to help you plan your beverage needs
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may be subject to the full service fee
- Palm Beach Cocktails reserves the right to cancel due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, in which case your deposit will be refunded or rescheduled
Client Responsibilities
- Providing all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the event
- Ensuring a safe, accessible setup area with a flat surface and adequate lighting
- Compliance with all local laws regarding alcohol service and consumption
- Ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age
Liability
Palm Beach Cocktails carries General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request. We can add your venue as an Additional Insured.
The client assumes responsibility for the behavior of their guests. Palm Beach Cocktails reserves the right to refuse service to any visibly intoxicated guest or any individual who does not meet the legal drinking age requirement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Palm Beach Cocktails and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Website Use
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes
- You agree not to submit false or misleading information through our inquiry forms
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time
Limitation of Liability
