A Bar Built for Your Reception

Staffing Sized to Your Event

Staffing is sized to your wedding, typically about one bartender per 50 guests, up to three, and we set the exact number so service stays quick even at peak. You are never charged per bartender.

Setup & Breakdown

We arrive early, build a polished bar, run service through your timeline, and break everything down before we leave.

Ice, Tools & Mixers

We bring ice and all professional bar tools. For cocktail packages we also provide the mixers and fresh garnishes. You supply the alcohol and serviceware - cups, glassware, napkins, straws, and utensils.

Cocktail Hour & Reception

Smooth coordination from the cocktail-hour rush through dinner pours and the late-night bar, in step with your planner and caterer.

Responsible Service

ID checks and responsible-service standards on every pour, plus non-alcoholic options and mocktails for guests who are not drinking.

Venue COI

We are Insured & Certified with General Liability and Liquor Liability coverage, and can add your venue as an Additional Insured - a Certificate of Insurance is available on request.

Four Ways to Build Your Bar

Every wedding package is a flat service fee with supplies billed at cost. Essential starts from $400, Signature from $600, Premier from $800, and Full Experience from $1000. Most weddings land on our Signature package: beer and wine plus a custom, pre-batched three-drink menu. Want a full bar for the reception? That comes with Full Experience.

You Pour What You Love

Because the bar is BYOB, you buy your own alcohol at retail and we never mark it up - that is where the real savings are. You also supply the serviceware. We bring the expertise, the tools, the ice, and the polish, then bill any cocktail mixers and garnishes at our cost. One honest, itemized quote, no surprises.

Reserve Your Wedding Date

Tell us your date, venue, and guest count and we will send a clear, itemized quote within 24 hours. A 20% non-refundable deposit (minimum $100), calculated on your service fee, and a signed contract secure your date. No travel fee within Palm Beach or Broward County. Martin County events include a travel fee.
