Do you provide the alcohol?
No — we are a BYOB service, so you supply all of the alcohol. You choose exactly what is poured, buy it at retail, and we never mark it up. We are glad to recommend what and how much to buy for your guest count.
What do you provide, and what do I supply?
We provide the bartenders, full setup and cleanup, ice, all professional bar tools, and — for cocktail packages — mixers and fresh garnishes. You supply all of the alcohol and all serviceware: cups, glassware, napkins, straws, and utensils. Supplies we bring are billed at our cost.
How many bartenders come with my event?
Two professional bartenders are standard for every event so service stays quick. A third bartender is available as a paid add-on for larger guest counts.
How does pricing work?
Each package is a flat service fee with supplies billed at cost, starting from $450. Your final quote depends on guest count, hours, and tier. See our cost page for the full breakdown.
How much is the deposit?
A 20% deposit (minimum $100) secures your date and applies toward your service fee. A signed contract confirms the booking.
What areas do you serve?
We are a mobile, service-area business covering Palm Beach County — including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Wellington. We travel to your home or venue.
Are you insured?
Yes. Palm Beach Cocktails is Insured & Certified, carrying General Liability and Liquor Liability coverage. We can add your venue as an Additional Insured, and a Certificate of Insurance is available on request.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes. We make mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks so every guest has something good in hand, including guests who are not drinking and those under 21.
How can I pay, and is there a fee?
We accept card and cash. A 4% flat processing fee applies to all bookings regardless of payment method, to cover payment handling costs.
