No - we are a BYOB service, so you supply all of the alcohol. You choose exactly what is poured, buy it at retail, and we never mark it up. We are glad to recommend what and how much to buy for your guest count.

We provide the bartenders, full setup and cleanup, ice, all professional bar tools, and - for cocktail packages - mixers and fresh garnishes. You supply all of the alcohol and all serviceware: cups, glassware, napkins, straws, and utensils. Supplies we bring are billed at our cost.

Staffing is sized to your event, typically about one bartender per 50 guests, up to three, and we set the exact number so service stays quick. You are never charged per bartender.

Each package is a flat service fee with supplies billed at cost, starting from $400. Your final quote depends on guest count, hours, and tier. See our cost page for the full breakdown.

A 20% non-refundable deposit (minimum $100), calculated on your service fee, secures your date and applies toward your service fee. A signed contract confirms the booking.

We are a mobile, service-area business. Serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties. We travel to your home or venue, including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Wellington. No travel fee within Palm Beach or Broward County. Martin County events include a travel fee. The fee is based on distance - $75 up to 60 miles, $175 for 61-100 miles, and a custom quote past 100. It is in your quote up front, never a surprise at the event.

Yes. Palm Beach Cocktails is Insured & Certified, carrying General Liability and Liquor Liability coverage. We can add your venue as an Additional Insured, and a Certificate of Insurance is available on request.

Yes. We make mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks so every guest has something good in hand, including guests who are not drinking and those under 21.

We accept card and cash. A 4% flat processing fee applies to all bookings regardless of payment method, to cover payment handling costs.
