Add What You Need

Every add-on is a flat price on top of any package, quoted up front in your itemized number.

Michelada Board - $175 per event. Classic and specialty micheladas with rims and garnishes. Included free with the XV / Quinceanera package.
Champagne or Mimosa Toast Service - $100 per event. We pour the toast for your moment; you supply the bubbly.
Mocktail Menu - $75 per event. Four craft non-alcoholic drinks, made with the same care as the bar.
Additional Service Hour - $50 per hour, per bartender. Extend beyond your five-hour window.
Poolside Service - $100 per event up to 50 guests, $200 over 50 guests. We bring the drinks to your guests at the water instead of making them walk up to the bar.

Full liquor bar for the adult side is available on the XV / Quinceanera package as a $200 upgrade.

What Full Bar Includes

The Full Bar Spec

Full bar is available on the Full Experience package. You supply five core spirits: vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and whiskey or bourbon. We bring the complete mixer and garnish station: club soda, tonic, cola, ginger beer, lemon lime soda, Red Bull, cranberry, orange, pineapple, lime and lemon juice, simple syrup, grenadine, and bitters, plus lime, lemon, orange, olives, cherries, and mint. That covers standard call drinks, your signature cocktails, and beer and wine.

Guest Count

More guests means more service, so your guest count is the biggest factor in the final number. Tell us your headcount and we build the quote around it.

Hours of Service

A four-hour party and an all-evening reception are different jobs. The number of hours you need adjusts the quote accordingly.

Tier & Add-ons

Moving up from Essential to Signature, Premier, or Full Experience adds drinks, simple mixed drinks, and a full bar. Staffing is sized to your event, so larger crowds are covered by the crew we bring, not billed per bartender.

Why BYOB

BYOB Is Where You Save

Palm Beach Cocktails is a BYOB service. You buy your own alcohol at retail and we never mark it up - the single biggest way to keep the cost down - and you supply the serviceware (cups, glassware, napkins, straws, and utensils). We bring the bartenders, bar tools, and ice, and provide mixers and fresh garnishes for cocktail packages, billed at our cost. You pay for great service, not a liquor markup.

Deposit, Fees & Travel

No Surprises

Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit (minimum $100), calculated on your service fee, secures your date and applies toward your service fee. A signed contract confirms the booking - no deposit, no confirmed date.

Processing fee: A 4% flat processing fee applies to all bookings, regardless of payment method, to cover payment handling costs. We accept card and cash.

Hours: Every package includes a service window of up to 5 hours. Setup and breakdown are included and do not count against your window. Beyond 5 hours, service is $50 per hour, per bartender.

Service area: Serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties.

Travel: No travel fee within Palm Beach or Broward County. Martin County events include a travel fee. The fee is based on distance - $75 up to 60 miles, $175 for 61-100 miles, and a custom quote past 100. It is in your quote up front, never a surprise at the event.
