Quinceaneras

Quinceanera Bartending in Palm Beach County

One package built for a XV crowd - real cocktails for the adults, craft mocktails for the teens, and a michelada board nobody forgets. Insured, certified, experienced bartenders. From $1,200.

A quinceanera is not an adults-only party, and the bar should not pretend it is. About half your guest list cannot drink, so a standard cocktail package leaves half the room with a soda in their hand. Our XV package is built the other way around. The adults get a full craft cocktail menu. The teens get mocktails made with the same care, same fresh ingredients, same garnishes, served from the same bar. And your guest of honor gets a signature mocktail named for her.

It is a milestone worth celebrating without stress. Palm Beach Cocktails runs the bar so the family can relax and be present for the day. It is BYOB - you supply the alcohol - and we handle setup, service, and cleanup.

Responsible Service

Safe, Respectful Service

Responsible service is the heart of a quinceanera bar. We check IDs and serve only guests who are 21 and over, and we keep a generous menu of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks so the quinceañera and her younger guests are part of every toast. Our bartenders are experienced at reading a family celebration and keeping it warm, festive, and safe.

What We Handle

A Bar for the Whole Family

Staffing Sized to Your Event
Staffing is sized to your celebration, typically about one bartender per 50 guests, up to three, and we set the exact number so service stays quick for a full guest list. You are never charged per bartender.
ID Checks, 21+ Only
Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over, with ID checks on every pour and responsible-service standards throughout the night.
Mocktails for Younger Guests
A full menu of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks so the quinceañera and her friends never feel left out of the celebration.
Ice, Tools & Mixers
We bring ice and all bar tools. Cocktail packages include mixers and fresh garnishes. You supply the alcohol and serviceware - cups, glassware, napkins, straws, and utensils.
Spanish-Speaking Hosts Welcome
We are glad to work with Spanish-speaking hosts and families to plan the bar and the menu so every detail is clear.
Insured & Certified
We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability coverage, and can add your venue as an Additional Insured - a Certificate of Insurance is available on request.

Why BYOB

BYOB Keeps It Affordable

Because the bar is BYOB, your family buys the alcohol at retail and we never mark it up. You also supply the serviceware. We bring the staff, tools, ice, and polish, and bill any cocktail mixers and garnishes at our cost - clear and predictable, with no surprises.

The Drink Menu

Four for Them, Four for Her

The lists below are what you choose from, not a fixed menu. The package is four of each, picked with you when we build the bar around your theme and your headcount.

Adult Craft Cocktails - Choose 4
Palomas, margaritas (classic / spicy / flavored), mojitos, ranch waters, sangria, rum punch, whiskey sours, and seasonal specials. Built with fresh citrus and real garnishes. You supply the spirits; we build the menu around what you buy.
Teen Mocktails - Choose 4, Plus the Signature
Same bar, no alcohol, no compromise.
  • Virgin paloma - grapefruit, lime, soda, salted rim
  • Cucumber-mint cooler - fresh cucumber, mint, lime, soda
  • Tropical punch - pineapple, orange, grenadine float
  • Shirley Temple, done right - fresh, not flat
  • Berry lemonade spritz - muddled berries, lemon, sparkling

Plus one signature mocktail named for the guest of honor, built to her colors and her taste. This is the drink with her name on the menu card.

Michelada Board - 2 Builds Included
  • Michelada Clasica - beer, fresh lime, Valentina, Tajin rim, traditional sauces
  • Gomichela Princess - beer, chamoy, Tajin, lime, gummy-candy rim
Chelada and Michelada Cubana are available as swaps - pick your two. Beer is client-supplied under our BYOB model; we bring the mix, sauces, rims, and garnishes.

Beer and wine are served throughout.

How It Works

Drinks First, Then the Paperwork

You pick the drinks with us first. We build the menu around your theme and your headcount, then send the supply list and the contract. Once the contract is signed, a non-refundable deposit of twenty percent of the service fee holds your date. You supply the alcohol - we bring the skill, the mixers, the garnishes, and the setup. On the day, your bartenders arrive, set up, run the five-hour window, and break down clean.

Service Areas

Serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties

Serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties. We bartend quinceaneras across West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Wellington - banquet halls, clubhouses, and family homes alike.

No travel fee within Palm Beach or Broward County. Martin County events include a travel fee. It is quoted with a mileage band - we will tell you the exact number before you sign.

Why PBC

A Quince Bar Is Its Own Thing

We are insured, with general liability and liquor liability coverage. Our lead bartender is certified through the Florida Bartending School in West Palm Beach. And we have run enough of these to know a quince bar is its own thing - the mocktails have to be as good as the cocktails, because half your guests are drinking them.
