A quinceanera is not an adults-only party, and the bar should not pretend it is. About half your guest list cannot drink, so a standard cocktail package leaves half the room with a soda in their hand. Our XV package is built the other way around. The adults get a full craft cocktail menu. The teens get mocktails made with the same care, same fresh ingredients, same garnishes, served from the same bar. And your guest of honor gets a signature mocktail named for her.
It is a milestone worth celebrating without stress. Palm Beach Cocktails runs the bar so the family can relax and be present for the day. It is BYOB - you supply the alcohol - and we handle setup, service, and cleanup.
Responsible Service
Responsible service is the heart of a quinceanera bar. We check IDs and serve only guests who are 21 and over, and we keep a generous menu of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks so the quinceañera and her younger guests are part of every toast. Our bartenders are experienced at reading a family celebration and keeping it warm, festive, and safe.
What We Handle
Why BYOB
Because the bar is BYOB, your family buys the alcohol at retail and we never mark it up. You also supply the serviceware. We bring the staff, tools, ice, and polish, and bill any cocktail mixers and garnishes at our cost - clear and predictable, with no surprises.
Packages
Quinceaneras have their own package, built for a room that is about half minors: four adult cocktails, four teen mocktails including a named signature mocktail for the guest of honor, two michelada builds, plus beer and wine, over a five-hour service window. The Drink Menu
The lists below are what you choose from, not a fixed menu. The package is four of each, picked with you when we build the bar around your theme and your headcount.
Plus one signature mocktail named for the guest of honor, built to her colors and her taste. This is the drink with her name on the menu card.
Beer and wine are served throughout. A full liquor bar is available as a $200 adult-side upgrade.
How It Works
You pick the drinks with us first. We build the menu around your theme and your headcount, then send the supply list and the contract. A non-refundable deposit of twenty percent of the service fee holds your date. You supply the alcohol - we bring the skill, the mixers, the garnishes, and the setup. On the day, your bartenders arrive, set up, run the five-hour window, and break down clean.
Service Areas
Serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties. We bartend quinceaneras across West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Wellington - banquet halls, clubhouses, and family homes alike.
No travel fee within Palm Beach or Broward County. Martin County events include a travel fee. It is quoted with a mileage band - we will tell you the exact number before you sign.
Why PBC
We are insured, with general liability and liquor liability coverage. Our lead bartender is certified through the Florida Bartending School in West Palm Beach. And we have run enough of these to know a quince bar is its own thing - the mocktails have to be as good as the cocktails, because half your guests are drinking them.
