Full Bar Service
We handle setup and breakdown and keep the bar running from the first pour to last call. It's a professionally managed bar, so you never have to think about it.
Custom Cocktail Menus
Whatever you're celebrating, we build the drink menu around it. Ask for classic cocktails, craft mocktails, or a themed pour, all tailored to your event.
Mixers & Garnishes
We prepare the mixers, fresh garnishes, syrups, and non-alcoholic components with the care of a professional bar program.

Quinceanera and XV Celebrations

A dedicated package built for a celebration that is about half minors. Four adult cocktails, four teen mocktails including a named signature mocktail for the guest of honor, two michelada builds, plus beer and wine. Five-hour service window, setup and breakdown included.

How pricing works: Your quote has two parts - a flat service fee (above), plus mixers, fresh garnish, and ice billed at our cost. You provide the alcohol, and we never mark up your liquor. Prefer specific name-brand mixers? Just ask and we will adjust accordingly. One honest quote, no surprises.

Final price depends on your guest count and hours of service. Tell us your date and we will send a clear, itemized quote.

Service window: Every package includes a service window of up to 5 hours. Setup and breakdown are included and do not count against your window. Beyond 5 hours, service is $50 per hour, per bartender.

Payment processing: A 4% processing fee applies to all bookings, regardless of payment method, to cover payment handling costs.

How booking works: A 20% deposit (minimum $100), calculated on your service fee, secures your date. Supplies are billed about two weeks before your event, and the remaining service balance is due the day of. No deposit = no confirmed booking. All events are backed by a signed contract covering service terms, cancellation policy, and responsible service obligations.

Travel: Palm Beach and Broward counties are included. Beyond that, a travel fee applies based on distance - $75 up to 60 miles, $175 for 61-100 miles, and a custom quote past 100. It is in your quote up front, never a surprise at the event.

We're Konnor and Matt, a private bartending team based in Palm Beach County. We staff every event to its guest count - never a single bartender stretched thin, and never charged per bartender. We started Palm Beach Cocktails because a single bartender at a real event isn't enough, and your guests deserve better than a DIY bar.
