What We Handle
Staffing is sized to your event, typically about one bartender per 50 guests, up to three, at our discretion. We bring ice, all bar tools, and - for cocktail packages - mixers and fresh garnishes, billed at our cost. You supply the alcohol and serviceware (cups, glassware, napkins, straws, and utensils). ID checks and responsible service come standard, and we are Insured & Certified with a Certificate of Insurance available for your venue.
Why BYOB
Because the bar is BYOB, you buy your own alcohol at retail and we never mark it up - a real advantage for a large guest list. We bring the staff, tools, and ice, then bill any cocktail mixers and garnishes at our cost. One honest, itemized quote.
Packages
Each package is a flat service fee with supplies billed at cost: Essential from $400, Signature from $600, Premier from $800, and Full Experience from $1000. For Wellington's larger estate events, Premier and Full Experience keep a big guest list moving. See the full breakdown on our cost page.
