A quinceanera is not an adults-only party, and the bar should not pretend it is. About half your guest list cannot drink, so a standard cocktail package leaves half the room holding a soda. A XV bar has to be planned the other way around.

Start with the split

Count your crowd honestly: adults who will drink, and teens and kids who will not. On most XV guest lists it is close to even. That split is the whole reason a quinceanera needs its own bar plan instead of a wedding package with the numbers shrunk down.

Give the teens a real menu, not an afterthought

The mistake is treating mocktails as a backup. Done right, the teen menu is made at the same bar, with the same fresh citrus and garnishes as the cocktails. Think virgin palomas, a cucumber-mint cooler, a tropical punch, a proper Shirley Temple, and a berry lemonade spritz. When the non-drinkers get a drink that looks and tastes considered, the whole room feels included.

Name a signature for the guest of honor

The detail that lands every time: one signature mocktail named for the quinceanera, built to her colors and taste, with her name on the menu card. It costs nothing extra to design and it is the drink everyone photographs.

Keep the adults covered too

The adult side still gets a full craft cocktail menu - palomas, margaritas, mojitos, and the like - plus beer and wine, and a michelada board. A full liquor bar for the adults is available as an upgrade if you want it.

Our XV / Quinceanera package is built around exactly this split: four adult cocktails, four teen mocktails including the signature, two michelada builds, and beer and wine. We are insured, certified, and experienced, and we run the bar so your family can actually be present for the day.
